My understanding in this song is our God is able to resurrect our dead dreams/desires in our hearts. The power of God that resurrects Jesus is the same power that our God will use in resurrecting our dead dreams/desires. We only have to trust Him.

Dear Daddy God,
Thank you for the blessings upon blessings and favors upon favors that you keep on showering us. Thank you Father God for resurrecting our dead dreams and desires. Truly you are able, Dad. We love you. In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen!
